Hi family,

 

We are so excited!! We are approaching July 16-18 2026, “another family reunion”.  We are looking forward to seeing each of you. 

Please remember to send your dues.  It’s past due, so please pay as soon as possible to Victoria (Vicky) George (340) 513-4335.  All seniors age 65 and over pays $100 per person.  Dues help with the Venue, food and scholarship for the new graduates getting ready for college.  All 2026 high school graduates and college students, can apply by contacting Dr. Austin Williams (832) 969-9311 with your name and college that you will be attending.    

 

Please ensure that you or the child parents notify Dr.  Williams by the deadline of June 30, 2026.  Also, please fill out the order sheet for T-shirts with the sizes of each family member and contact Vicky, Averil (214) 683-3394 or Theresa (214) 402-4451.  We are running a little behind schedule, so contact us ASAP.

We will wear our family T-shirt on Thursday, July 16th, 2026 for the Meet and Greet, which will take place at Kelly Williams residence (1360 Sun Meadow Dr, Orlando Fl 32824).  Please wear a Mardi Gras mask for the family reveal.

On Friday, July 17th, 2026 we will meet at Neeshawn and Gary’s home for brunch (2725 Hilltop Loop, Apopka FL 32712) at 10am to 2pm.  Ladies, we will be wearing Sun Dresses.  Men wear casual attire.

​

Later, approximately, 6pm we will meet at Universal CityWalk Orlando (6000 Universal Blvd Orlando Fl).  There’re shopping, dining and entertainment for your delight.

​

Saturday, July 18th 2026, at 9am we all will meet at First Watch restaurant at for breakfast at 7500 Sand Lake Rd. Orlando Fl.  Each person is responsible for themself.

​

At 6pm we will meet at the Doubletree Hotel for our big Gala (5780 Major Blvd. Orlando Fl). Attire is FORMAL. Our family colors are YELLOW / BLACK OR GOLD.

Special Details

Formal attire will be worn at the banquet.
Ladies, yellow formal dress. If you don’t have yellow, then gold or black is OK.
Men’s formal attire: Black suit with yellow or gold shirt and a tie

DUES: Seniors 65 and over $100.00 Singles $150.00
Couples $225.00 Family $325.00

**Anyone 20 years and older, are considered adults and cannot be under the family umbrella

One of the greatest gifts we can give one another is our appreciation, our gratitude, and our love while we still have the opportunity to do so. Too often, the kind words we carry in our hearts go unspoken. At this year's Family Reunion Gala Dinner, we want to create a special moment to change that.  During the evening, we will host an Open Mic Tribute Session, where anyone who wishes will have the opportunity to come forward and share a few words with a family member or with the family as a whole.

​

Whether you would like to express gratitude, share a cherished memory, offer words of encouragement, celebrate someone's impact on your life, or simply speak from the heart, the microphone will be open to you.

This is our chance to give our loved ones their flowers while they are here to receive them.

And for those touching moments that may bring a tear or two, don't worry we'll have plenty of napkins available for our emotional family members!
